  1. ToxCast prioritization
  2. L (low): < 10% of positive hits and no “verified hit”
  3. M (moderate): > 10% of positive hits and no “verified hit” OR < 10% of positive hits and “verified hit(s)”
  4. H (high): > 10% of positive hits and “verified hit(s)”
  5. Positive hit: assay for which the compound is indicated as “active” in ToxCast
  6. “Verified hit”: AC50 ≤ 10 µM or AC50 ≤ 1 µM (if cytotoxicity limit is close to, or bellow, 10 µM), and verified after examining the dose–response curve
  7. * High toxicological concern
