Bars represent the average of all pools measured for the respective treatment (n = 1–3) and the control (white bars), error bars the standard deviation. Asterisks indicate statistically significant effects compared to the control within each treatment, while pound signs indicate statistically significant differences compared to the EBR treatment within one time point (two-way ANOVA with Dunnett’s post hoc test, p ≤ 0.05)
