  1. One-cell staged eggs were injected with 4.2 nL of either dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO), methanol (MeOH), autoclaved tap water, or triolein. Differences between survival rates were *significant after Bonferroni correction (p ≤ 0.008) and **significant without Bonferroni correction (p ≤ 0.05).
