Linear regression models were fitted for the relation between 1st and last concentrations with respective R2 displayed accordingly. Displayed substances were chosen based on their relevance for the POR calculation (n = 12 currently approved substances frequently occurring in the triple dataset and depicting representative distributions among PORs)
